At Fingerprint Crafted, every product is customized and made to order with care. We take great pride in the quality of our printing and craftsmanship.
We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:
• The product is damaged during transit
• The wrong product was sent
• There is a major manufacturing defect
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and order details at info@fingerprintcrafted.com.
Since our products are personalized, refunds are not possible once production begins unless there is a verified error or damage on our part.
We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on inspection.
